Your Starting Point

At onboarding you tell us your annual revenue. We build your 12 monthly baselines using a standard seasonal curve for your trade — then hand it to you to review before anything starts.

The Trigger Is the Number
Capacity protection activates at 15% above baseline — not before. Below that threshold, standard growth comp applies.
The Notice Window Is Firm
Notification must come within 5 business days of crossing the 15% threshold. Late notification defaults to standard comp for that period.
Available Twice Per Year
Capacity constraints happen. If they're happening more than twice a year, that's a conversation about scaling your crew — not pausing your growth system.

You'll have your own login to your marketing dashboard where you can see every inbound lead, every conversation, every call, and every campaign result in real time. Not a monthly report we send you — live access, anytime.

We're reading the data from month one and adjusting. What's converting gets amplified. What isn't gets fixed. At day 60 we have a built-in check-in — a straightforward conversation about what the numbers are showing and what's coming in month three.

Momentum Builds
The Groundwork Starts Compounding.

By month three your online presence is meaningfully stronger than it was at launch. Rankings are moving. Reviews are building. Your paid campaigns are optimized off real data, not assumptions. After 90 days the agreement continues month to month with 30 days written notice to exit. No penalties. No lock-in. But by day 90 you'll have a live dashboard full of real data and a clear picture of where it's heading.

Simple Accountability

On the last business day of each month you submit a one-page job summary — job name, contract value, signed date. That's it. No full books. No accountant. Takes five minutes.

We cross-reference against our tracked inbound activity. If the numbers look off relative to inbound volume, we use that gap to find out where the system can improve — lead quality, follow-up timing, or conversion on your end.
